You must have proof of purchase from Vibration Beds.
On the day your parcel is delivered, email a customer care representative at hello@vibrationbeds.com a blank email with the subject header "30 day guarantee".
If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our product(s) or your results, email a customer care representative via the same email sharing your review and money-back request.
Once approved, return the product(s) via traceable mail service within 30 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
All steps above must have been actioned to be eligible for a refund.
Once returned, our product's purchase price will be refunded to you. However, actual postage costs for the sending and returning of the product(s) are the full responsibility of the claimant and, unfortunately, are not refunded.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we suspect any fraudulent or malicious behavior on the part of the customer.
