WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS IN AUSTRALIA.

All our orders are packed and shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia within five days. If you have ordered our technology to be installed in your own bed, will schedule one of our technicians to come to your location within 14 business days. 

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, with express delivery available at a discounted price.  

Most parcels arrive within the time mentioned for your location.

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within five business days from the warehouse, and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders are inspected for quality before being dispatched and are shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Vibration Beds is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel on time, and Vibration Beds will assist as much as possible in tracing a missing parcel. Vibration Beds is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
